About the sauce
What is the New Orleans Bayou collection?
The Bayou sauces are Chef P. Pierre Brown's — Peewee's cousin. She owns that sub-collection and the recipes in it.
How hot are they?
Every sauce sits on a five-step heat scale: Sweet Talk, Warm Up, The Tease, No Mercy and Scorched Earth. Each product page shows where that particular bottle lands, so you can pick by heat rather than by guesswork.
What is in them?
The full ingredient list and nutrition panel for every sauce is on its product page, and the flat label art on the same page is a photograph of the physical label — the same words that are on the bottle in your hand.
Do they contain any major allergens?
Ask us directly.
A written allergen and cross-contact statement does not exist yet. If you have an allergy, message us before you order and we will check the current batch against your specific question rather than give you a generic answer. Ask us.
Orders
How much is shipping, and where do you ship?
We ship to US addresses only, with USPS Ground Advantage. The rate is worked out from the weight of your order and your ZIP code, and you see the exact amount at checkout before you pay. We share a free-shipping code now and then. Orders leave us within 1–3 business days, then take about 2 to 5 business days. Full details on the shipping page.
Something arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Message us within 7 days of delivery with your order number. We will replace it or refund you, and you do not need to send it back. Opened bottles cannot be returned for food-safety reasons unless they arrived damaged or wrong. Details on the returns page.
Where is my order?
You get an email when your order is packed, shipped and delivered, and the shipped email carries your tracking number when we have one. Do you sell wholesale?

How do I reach a person?
Through the contact form. It goes to a monitored inbox and you get a copy of what you sent. There is no published phone number and no walk-in storefront — we would rather say that plainly than list a number nobody answers.
Is there a mailing list?
There is. New sauces, restocks and the occasional recipe — sign up in the footer of any page. Every email has an unsubscribe link and we do not sell the list.
