Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States only. We cannot ship outside the US yet.

We ship with USPS Ground Advantage. The rate is worked out from the weight of your order and how far it has to travel, and you see the exact amount at checkout before you pay. There is no handling fee on top.

Now and then we share a free-shipping code. If you have one, enter it in your cart and the shipping line drops to $0.

We pack and hand your order to the carrier within 1–3 business days of your payment, depending on stock. After that, USPS Ground Advantage usually delivers in 2 to 5 business days. That is the carrier's estimate, not a guarantee, and weekends and holidays are not counted.

You get an email each time your order's status changes: packed, shipped and delivered. The shipped email carries your tracking number when we have one.

If your tracking has not shown a delivery 10 days after the shipped email, message us. If the tracking cannot find it and it never reached you, we count it as lost and send a replacement at no cost. See returns.
